Our rental business started many years ago when Maria Lee arrived in this country, much like countless others in pursuit of new opportunities. Initially, she embarked on a career in nursing, dedicating herself to long shifts and saving diligently. With hard-earned savings, she started acquiring small properties in Jersey City.

Over time, strategic investments were made, and three prized properties were retained. Her investments eventually spread to San Diego.

As more rental units were added to our property list, Blank Slate Ventures was created to oversee the business.
